Brook is a collection of poufs designed by Tokujin Yoshioka for the Moroso brand. Like real diamonds, Brook furnishing accessories feature complex compositions of facets, which make the shapes like a twisted structure, experimenting with 3D technology as it is sculpted. Originally designed for the new flagship store of the Issey Miyake brand, the Brook poufs evoke precious stones based on the color used in the upholstery. In the sessions, however, there is no refraction, there is no light. The name suggests the image of a stream, evoking the idea of a river stone, modeled and smoothed by the action of water.
